This here is an area for 'male' concepts I've been itching to play with. Some, I have girls in mind. Others I've just had floating in my head from the mini stories I attempt to write.
Gimme a Cowboy. An honest to goodness too polite but it still runs through his head cowboy. Give me something to build with those little small things that go unnoticed at first. Someone Randi grew up with perhaps? A good friend who went into the military right out of high school, breaking her heart in the process. Was she ever able to tell him how much he meant to her?
Gimme a Russian Mobster. Someone who has a translator maybe because he only speaks broken English? This one would likely carry a mini cast of characters if only because someone who doesn't speak the language would need to be present. Also lends for some very interesting conversations.
Gimme a Prince. In so many ways. I mean a real Prince. One who knows his place in society and would never be seen mingling with a slave. Except.. maybe that one. She does have pretty eyes. Her hair is softer than he would have imagined. Could he fall for someone so below his station?
Gimme another Prince. Arranged marriage is something that has always interested me. Amberlee is great for this one. Whom is this man she is promised too. Did they know each other as children? Is he hiding some deep dark secret from his soon to be betrothed? A demon's soul forged with his own, threatening to take over his body, a keeper in the shadows, using him as a puppet, perhaps even a curse laid upon him. Options are endless.

1.) A nobleman is in secret a bandit or a pir
ate, he is arranged to marry a woman that he has known for sometime, the two often exchanging letters and maintaining contact, with their marriage impending he decided to go on a last raid for one final bit of fun. Much to his surprise the ship/carriage/village he attacks ends up having her within it and she is taken prisoner. When he realizes whom she is what will he do? How will she react?
2.) Not really an idea so much as a theme, an arranged marriage between two people of very different cultures, just how different (one or neither could be human or of the same race) would be up to the muns.
3.) A country noble, a man that keeps his face hidden from the world, is arranged to marry a young woman, but he does not wish for it or her, preferring to hide himself, why does he? What is his secret? Can she win him over in the end?
4.) A kingdom is to fall, the Queen/Princess is desperate to save it and so she relies on an ancient legend of a statue of a soldier that was destined to save the land... what would happen?
5.)Character A is an angel whose mission on Earth is to weed out low level imps and demons that try to stir up misfortune for humanity. Character B is a devil who enjoys toying with and seducing the weaker willed into temptation.
Both disguise themselves as humans.
And on a particularly gloomy Wednesday, they find themselves stuck on an elevator together, completely and utterly oblivious to the nature of the company they keep.
6.)Character A is reluctantly dragged out to a host / maid cafe by a friend. While largely uninterested in such things, Character A is suddenly completely shocked to find that their classmate, Character B, works there. And hot damn do they look fine. Character B pulls Character A aside and asks that they keep the job a secret, to which Character A agrees. However Character A can’t unsee this new, stylish, attractive version of Character B…
So Character A ends up becoming a regular at the cafe just to have an excuse to talk to and hang out with Character B.
7.)Soul mate AU wherein humans are divinely assigned soul mates via small cards, much like how a teacher might assign partners for a school project. However the cupids that slip the humans their cards sometimes have a nasty sense of humor. And, no, you’re not allowed to trade.
8.)In werewolf society packs dominate the land from right beneath the noses of humans, fighting over and guarding territorial lines. Character A and Character B are wolves from enemy packs and are told they need to become mates in order to settle a dispute. Despite how their families are appeased by this arrangement, Character A and Character B continue their rivalry, treating each other as enemies all the way to the bedroom.
9.) I've always enjoyed the arranged marriage SL's, it's a decent way of throwing two characters together but there are twists that can be added to it to make it more interesting.

I've always like slave/master SL's but not ones that devolve in to just mindless smut, there are other things that can be added, others hunting her, creatures hunting her, attempts on his life where she exhibits strange powers. I like the idea that the two are forced in to strange circumstances and both of them grow stronger and closer as their experiences change.
